Attention Span coordinates a network of independent clippers who cut long-form content into short-form clips and distribute them across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Specific campaign terms, including budget, CPM, payout structure, and content requirements, are set out separately in an individual commercial agreement or campaign brief for each client, which forms part of the binding terms for that campaign.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee a specific number of views, a specific outcome, or that content will go viral. Payment structures described on this Site or in a campaign brief reflect how billing works, based on verified views, not a promise of performance. Any figures shown as examples on this Site (such as illustrative view estimates) are for explanatory purposes only and are not a projection or guarantee.

Client Responsibilities

If you engage our services, you agree that:

• You have the right to provide the source content you submit for clipping
• The content you provide does not infringe on any third party's rights
• Information you provide about your campaign requirements is accurate to the best of your knowledge

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the source content you provide. Clips produced under a campaign are distributed according to the terms of that campaign's individual agreement. We do not claim ownership of your underlying content.

Payment

Payment terms, including budget, fees, and payout structure, are defined in the individual commercial agreement for each campaign, agreed before a campaign launches. General pricing information shown on this Site is illustrative and subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Attention Span is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a campaign relationship at our discretion, subject to the terms of any individual commercial agreement already in place.
